Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Reasonable cost for a great area. Bus stop across the street goes to the train station for access to the airport.

We have stayed at Ultimate Apts numerous times. We know the accommodation is basic no frills or over the top expectations & price is reasonable for that area. Our main reasons are always location & the onsite parking.

The apartments may be a bit older but mine was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was informed there was construction right my apartment and was given the option to switch. The Pool was closed since it was winter. There is lots of space for parking at the property. The bus stop is right in front of the door and takes about 10 min to Bondi junction. Bondi Beach is also just 10 min walking away. There are lots of good cafes and restaurants in the area.
